Each Future Investigator Will Be Placed On A 3 Month Probation. During This Probation The Applicant Will Have To Complete Certain Things. Certain Things Include Research, Investigating, Analysis, Promoting Events, Support The Team, Pay Your Dues, And Also Purchase The Basic Notebook & A Tee Shirt.
Willingness And Dedication Are Two Important Things That Matter A Lot To The Team Of Hill Side Investigators. The Combination of These Two Things Is What Makes The Team Of HSI So Strong And What Keeps Us Going And Active In The Community.

5 Hours Of Audio ~ With A 75 % Accuracy
Know & Understand And Be Able To Explain To A Client What EMF Stands For What Its Side Affects & Why It Is So Important To Us When We Are Investigating.
Know And Understand Why Temperature Readings Is Very Important.
Look Through A Series Of Evidence VS False Evidence And Be Able To Tell Which Is Real & What Is Possibly Nothing. Which A 50 % Accuracy ~ Pictures & Video
A Hand Book & Binder Has Been Put Together Containing Information Each Investigator Is Required To Know. It Must Be Purchased Within The Probational Term.
Attend At Least Two of The Three Meetings During The Period.
Annual Dues Must Be Paid During The Probational Term.
A Tee Shirt With Our Logo & Team Name Must Be Purchased Also During The Probational Term.
Team Members & Terms To Remain On The Team Of HSI:
Annual Dues Will Be Due Each Year & Must Be Paid.
Members Must Attend Eight Of The Twelve Meetings Out Of The Year.
Each Member Must Participate In All Three Of the Fundraisers In Which Is Held Throughout The Year.
All Members Will Need To Participate In Community Events. Examples: Cemetery Restoration Projects, Seminar, Or A Community Day.
Each Investigator Will Be Required To Participate In Each Investigation, One Way Or Another. Example: Research, Investigation, Analysis, Review.
Percentage Rate In Which Must Be Completed Of The Audio: 35 % With Accuracy Throughout The Year
Percentage Rate In Which Must Be Completed Of The Video: 30 % With Accuracy Throughout The Year
Percentage Rate In Which Must Be Completed Of The Pictures: 20 % With Accuracy Throughout The Year
Percentage Rate In Which Must Be Completed Of The Research Prior To The Investigation: 15 %
