Lead Investigator, Case Manager, Document / Research, Trainer, & Investigators

If You Would Like To Send Us A Request To Be Part Of The Team Of Hill Side, Please Understand That Just Because You Submit The Application Does Not Mean You Are Instantly Part Of The Team.  Your Application Will Be Presented At The Next Meeting.  A Review Of Your Application Will Be Conducted By Each Team Member & Then Voted On By Paper Ballot.  Upon Receiving Your Application, We Will Place It On File For Up To One Year.  After A Year, You Would Need To Resubmit Your Application To Be Considered Again.  Thank You & Good Luck !!
