When You Contact Us About An Investigation, Please Have A Few Things Ready For Us. We Will Need To Know The Location, Events That Are Takeing Place, And The Frequency Of Them. Keeping A Log Is Helpful When It Comes To Determining Frequency Of Events. We Will Also Need To Know If Anyone Has Been Harmed By A Ghost. This Will Help Us Better Understand The Type Of Activity. If You Are In Fact In Need Of An Investigation, Email Is The First Step. We Will Be Able To Communicate With You And Talk By Email. Once We Feel An Investigation Is Needed We Will Set Up A Date & Time To Come To The Location And Talk With Those That Have Had Personal Experiances. We Will Make Notes, Maps If Needed, We Also May Get Standard Readings With Some Basic Equipment. We Then Will Conduct A Thorough Background Information Check Of The Home & Property. We Then Will Notify You With A Conveniant Date & Time For A Full Investigation To Take Place. Also Please Note That These Things Do Not Perform On Command. Additional Investigations May Be Needed.
